OPAS Personal Shopper service helps you buy U.S. goods and delivers them to your front door, almost anywhere in the world!
Some U.S. stores don’t accept international credit cards. Other stores may require that the billing and shipping addresses match when a credit card is used for purchase. This practice is often used to protect an international distribution deal that protects markup margins on goods in your country or simply to limit the supply of their interests into your country to create artificial demand.

Personal shopping without the hassle
Log in to your OPAS account and create a personal shopper request to avoid credit card problems. There is a small fee involved to use the service. Then, the shopper buys the items for you using the matching U.S. address (that is not associated with your OPAS account) and a matching U.S. billing address/credit card. Because these addresses are off-site, you can place personal shopper order(s) with stores that don’t ship to other forwarders!
Managing your packages
OPAS registers each package into your account when your items arrive and sends you an email notification. Log in to your account and manage your shopper package as you would normally. Make a shipment request immediately or wait for other items to arrive so you can consolidate and save on international shipping charges.

*Please note purchases for new accounts and accounts without a purchase history may be restricted. Domestic shipping options may be restricted on certain Personal Shopper orders.
How the OPAS personal shopper works
Step 1:
Sign up with OPAS and send us a Personal Shopper request through your OPAS account.
Step 2:
Read the important notes on the FAQ page, as well as the store return policy. Provide the details of your order. If you would like to purchase from more than one store, please create a separate personal shopper request for each store.
Step 3:
Make payment for the requested products. OPAS charges your credit card or sends a PayPal invoice for the products.
Step 5:
An email is sent to you when your package arrives at your OPAS address. Because your order is delivered to an alternate address outside of our processing center, please allow up to two weeks for the order to be registered from the date of sending a Personal Shopper request.

Step 8:
Your package is shipped. An email containing important information such as your tracking number and final charge is to you.
Step 9:
Your package is delivered to your shipping address. The carrier collects any import tax or duty upon delivery.
