*1 | PM International (PMI) and ePacket are combination shipping service between UPS and USPS. UPS picks up your shipment from OPAS, and then delivers it to a US Post Office facility. From there, it will be flown to your country and delivered by your local post office. The initial limited tracking information is available on the UPS tracking site and shows “Shipment information received by UPS Mail Innovations”. After 1 week the package arrives at the UPS Mail Innovations facility and more detailed tracking is available. After UPS transfers the package to USPS around 1 week we will have a USPS tracking code that will show more detailed information for the final leg of delivery. The extent of the tracking information will depend on your country’s postal service. Some are more detailed than others. You will be able to see both tracking numbers in your mailbox.
*2 | A surcharge is applied for delivery to an area beyond normal delivery areas because the carrier incurs additional fees due to the extended distance the carrier must drive to deliver one package, or they sometimes must use a 3rd party to make the delivery. These cost are passed on to the consumer by the carrier. For some areas (remote or non-remote) carriers may not conduct daily deliveries. Please allow for additional transit time.
