Returns

Please request a return to the store and provide us RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization number if needed) and a pre paid return shipping label you receive from the store by e-mail, so we can process your return request.

The OPAS return processing fee is $10.00/Registered Item.  Service rates

After we receive the pre-paid return shipping label, we will send you Paypal notification for the $10/Registered Item return processing fee or charge your credit card.

Once paid, we will process the return and advise when it was picked up by the carrier.

If a prepaid return shipping label is not available, we can still assist you in returning it to the store as long as you receive authorization for return.  All you have to do is send us a domestic shipping request. Please kindly email receiver or store name, USA address and USA phone number so that we can add it for you. We encourage you to select an estimate when sending us a shipping request so that you will be able to review the rates before making a payment.  Thank you.
