Please note this fee is charged regardless of the result even though we will try our best to search for you.

If the search will go over 30 minutes worth of our processing time, additional fee may be applied.

Here is how you submit inquiry request.

If you decide to use our Personal Shopper Service for the item found through Inquiry Request, please submit a new Personal Shopper Request.  Inquiry Request and Personal Shopper Request will be processed separately and fees are charged separately.
