How it works

  1.  Make your purchase during the Amazon Prime Day and use your personal OPAS package forwarding address.
  2.  After the purchase is made, upload your Amazon receipt with proof of date and your OPAS address as the receiving address to the form below with your information.
  3.  Click submit, and 20 winners will be announced in late August!

Promotional rules and restrictions

  • Applications for this promotion will no longer be accepted after August 19, 2022  (12:00PM PDT). 
  • 20 winners will be selected randomly by OPAS staff.
  • 20 winners’ OPAS Member ID and shipping address countries will be released on this campaign page.
  • $10 off coupon code will be emailed directly to the winners after an announcement is made. 
  •  Please note that the coupon can only be used once.
