What if my package is returned for some reason after shipping from OPAS?
If a package has to be returned to OPAS due to an incorrect address, or because no one is available at the destination to receive the package, or for any other reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that there will be a storage charge after 30 days.
Tariffs (import taxes) are decided by the customs authorities of the importing country. If there is a duty, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay. This also includes fees assessed by the customs brokerage that are passed along to a selected carrier, and subsequently passed along to the recipient. OPAS is not responsible for any customs processing payment. The customer will be responsible for any payment for return shipping if duties are not paid. If the customer does not agree to pay the return shipping costs, then OPAS will instruct the carrier to discard the shipment.
