What are the differences between the Premium plan and the Basic plan?

Premium members are able to receive packages and/or personal correspondence such as letters, magazines, bills and bank statements. This membership also provides you additional discounted shipping rate, free consolidation, discounted Personal Shopper fee and more. Membership fee is $15/month or $100/year.

Basic members are able to receive packages only–personal correspondence will not be accepted. Membership fee is free.
