If Customs in my country asks me about my package, can OPAS help?

If a customer is contacted by customs regarding the contents of a package, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with all required correspondence. Any issue or dispute related to customs is the responsibility of the customer. OPAS will not assume any responsibility and will not communicate with the customs office on the customer’s behalf. We will provide the customer with any information that directly concerns our involvement in shipping.
