New Shipping Rates, More Package Forwarding Options
Starting today, we’re excited to be able to offer lower shipping rates to all countries on all shipments leaving our US warehouse (international and domestic). We’re also adding more delivery options, as well as extra service options to better meet your needs and give you more control over how you ship your packages.
Lower Shipping Rates from the US
If you’ve checked our service rates recently, you’ve problably noticed that our average shipping rates from the US are reduced by 20-30% from the previous rates. These are not promotional or temporary rates–this are our new, permanent shipping rates!
New Shipping Options
Now you can choose to have your packages delivered by DHL, UPS, USPS (including EMI and PMI), or Yamato. You can choose the carrier that’s right for you based on shipping rate, delivery time, tracking availability, and insurance options.
Optional Shipping Insurance
You can choose to include insurance against loss or damage with every shipment for a 2% fee, or you may elect to ship without insurance if you want to take a risk and save money. (Previously, we required insurance on all shipments, but now the choice is yours!)
New Package Inspection Options
You can have your packages inspected for accuracy (size, color, SKU, etc) before shipment for a new, lower fee. You’ll still receive a simple inspection at no charge to make sure all your items are present before shipping.
More Powerful International Shipping Calculator
Now you can use a more powerful shipping calculator to see how much it will cost to ship your packages, including our new delivery options, fuel surcharge, insurance fee, and other services fees. This way, you can know the total cost of your shipment before you make a request.
Are you in a hurry to receive your package? You can now choose an Express Processing option to have your package moved to the front of the processing queue. Your package will be processed and shipped the same day your request is made, guaranteed.
