Are you in a ZARA-less country?
Despite the smattering of stores around the world, many countries still don’t have ZARA online stores at all. For example, shoppers in Australia, New Zealand, or Switzerland can’t buy from ZARA at any price.
ZARA is known throughout Europe for its “fast fashion,” or striking styles at reasonable prices. It’s biggest European competitor is H&M, and comparable US lines are the Gap and Express. So what can you do if you’re interested in these styles, but can’t find ZARA in your country, or just want to get a better price?
Get international shipping from the ZARA U.S. online store using package forwarding

What is the procedure for the shipment to Pakistan
It’s rather simple:
1. Get an OPAS account with a US and Japan address at http://www.opas.com. When you buy online, use this as the shipping address for your order.
2. We’ll email you when a package is received. You log in and declare the contents based on your order history.
3. Submit a shipping request in our system. If you’d like, you can wait to submit until you have multiple packages so that we can combine them into a single shipment and save you overall cost.
4. We’ll process and determine final measurements for your package — we always reduce and repack to provide the safest, most cost-efficient packaging.
5. You pay through PayPal or we charge your credit card on file (or you can request an estimate and choose your preference for shipping service from that.)
6. If import duty/tax is due, you’ll need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery, then you get the package.

You’d buy your items as normal, and use this address to ship to. Yes, but we need any shipment we send from the US to originate from our facility in Portland, Oregon. We can’t conduct site-to-site shipping. We can provide you with a US address to send items to that we can then ship internationally for you, if you don’t want to get involved in the hassle of filling out customs paperwork on your own or you wish to access below market rates for superior courier service from UPS or DHL.
Hi, I was wondering if you could do the opposite. There is an item in the UK Zara store no longer in stock in the US store. Would it be possible for you to have a proxy address in the UK to handle this or would you happen to know anything about it?
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer US and Japan addresses to our members at this time. If the UK store (or other international vendor) will ship to either of those destinations, then we’d still be able to receive for you, or place a personal shopper order for you. We would need to charge you for import duty and tax when the goods entered the US or Japan, if any were due, but then we’d be able to ship to you as normal for any other OPAS package. This is fairly common for some members who live in the Asia/Pacific region, because many European merchants will ship to the US but not to Asia/Pacific.
Hi there a bought a winter coat from Zara November 2013 I had washed it for the first time last week and it has came out in a bit of a mess I took it back to Glasgow fort Zara but they wanted the receipt as it was over a year ago I don’t have it it was int a cheap jacket my mum payed £120.00 for it am really dissapointed as a did love this coat and its that bad I can’t were it anymore would you be able to help me forward with this as I don’t know we’re I stand now thank you Natalie.

Unfortunately, we do not have an office in Ireland, so we cannot receive packages in that country. If they’ll ship to the US we would be able to receive there for you and then ship to Denmark, but otherwise we can only receive packages in the US and Japan, where our physical addresses are.

OPAS can ship to South Africa for you, but at this time Zara is very strict with orders to international customers or package forwarders. We do ship to Guam, but the reason the cost is higher is simply because of the trans-pacific flight required to land a package in Guam, compared to truck transport within the continental US. The carriers have higher rates for the service, so we must charge more for shipping.
